Hadi is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of progressive management experience spanning multiple industry sectors including industrial, heavy civil, pipeline, commercial & building envelope, structural, deep foundations, and infrastructure construction. As Vice President at Nexstar, Hadi is focused on leading the development and implementation of mission critical client initiatives, including meta-goals which move the needle for Nexstar’s valued clients, most recently in P&L and operational leadership capacities. Hadi has strong track record of exceeding client expectations while building a leadership pipeline to support long term sustainability for Nexstar’s valued clients. Hadi’s proven expertise covers a broad range of hallmark business leadership initiatives, including the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems; and providing the foundations and oversight for comprehensive data-driven and analytical decision-making processes and systems spanning all aspects of operations and project management. In addition, Hadi has successfully delivered business development, estimating, project controls, QA/QC, HS&E, manufacturing, construction execution, contract management and project close-out leadership with a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions. Hadi is integral to Nexstar Enterprises’ senior management team and a direct contributor to our strategic direction and growth mandates. Hadi has a membership in multiple professional organizations, including ASQ, PMI and ASET. 

Mike Beaumont 

Director, operations 

As Director of Operations, Mike provides operational leadership and practical experience to Nexstar’s valued clients across the spectrum of design, pre-construction, execution and continuous improvement elements. Mike has over 15 years of experience in operations and project management, with a demonstrated history of excellence across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. Mike’s oil & energy industry expertise is complimented by commercial & building envelope experience. Skilled in Petroleum, Cost Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Contract Management, and EPC, Mike breadth of experience includes program and project management expertise. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta..

Tanner Lestus  

SENIOR MANAGER

As a Senior Manager with Nexstar Enterprises, Tanner leverages 12+ years of management, operational and technical experience from various management roles specializing in EPC, industrial construction, modularization, manufacturing, commercial construction and building envelope. With a strong background in pre-construction, planning/design, HS&E, estimating, operations, project controls, and quality control, Tanner has established a history of delivering both successful projects and objectives for clients. In addition, Tanner has been integral in improving, developing, implementing and executing company processes for further company optimization. Tanner’s diverse range of industry experience is complemented by his Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering which he obtained from the University of Alberta. An advocate for the community and teamwork, Tanner dedicated his time as a positional coach for The Edmonton Wildcats Amateur football team volunteering time towards Edmonton Big Brothers Big sisters, Edmonton Mustard Seed, STARS and Habitat for Humanity.

Brian Claypool 

SENIOR MANAGER

Brian is a proven leader with over 12 years of technical and management experience spanning the manufacturing, industrial construction and commercial building envelope industries.  Brian has previously held positions ranging from Quality Manager to Lead Technical Specialist to Project manager.  In his current capacity as Senior Manager at Nexstar Enterprises, Brian is focused on leading the delivery of multiple initiatives to our valued clients, leveraging his experience in manufacturing of down hole cementing products, industrial module yards, LNG refinery construction and building envelope manufacturing and installation to provide a unique perspective on challenging issues.  Brian is is a Member of ASET as a P.Tech (Eng).

Mike Christy

Mr. Christy, after graduating Network Engineering Technology at NAIT, delivered numerous private IT Consulting Services. With nearly 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Mike specializes in network design, implementation, support, installation and troubleshooting Microsoft, Cisco and Fortinet products. Mike’s skills include a flair for creative thinking. He also has a natural ability to see situations from a different perspective, which includes communicating sophisticated IT technical terms and language into a dialect everyone can easily understand.
